By accessing and using the site, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions with recruitting.com (“we” or “the speaker” or “recruitting.com”) regarding your use of the site (“User Agreement”). This agreement is effective upon acceptance. If you do not agree to abide by this User Agreement, please do not access, register, or use this site.
Before becoming or continuing as a member on the site, you must read both this agreement and the Privacy Policy on recruitting.com (“Privacy Policy”) and agree to them. You should read this User Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and access and read all other relevant information referred to in this User Agreement, as they contain additional terms and conditions that apply to you as a user of recruitting.com.
— Email Communication: You agree that we may communicate with you by email or by posting notifications on the site. recruitting.com may require your consent during the registration process to send you promotional emails informing you of any changes, features, or new promotional activities added to the site. You can choose to unsubscribe from receiving these promotional emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any promotional email.
— Amendments to this User Agreement: You acknowledge and agree that recruitting.com will seek to provide notice of any modification to this User Agreement that substantially increases your obligations or diminishes your rights under the User Agreement (“Material Amendment”). You also agree that recruitting.com, in its discretion and without liability, may make amendments that are not Material Amendments without consultation and with immediate effect by posting a notice of the amendment on the site.
— Grant of Permission: Under this agreement, you grant us permission to use all data, texts, documents, information, or other materials you provide. This authorization allows us to process the applicant’s data you provided, store it, reproduce it, and electronically copy it. It also allows us to reproduce and electronically copy the applicant’s data and send it to the higher education institutions you selected as part of your request.
— Copyright: All content on the site, including texts, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, classifications, data compilations, and software, is private property and has copyright, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights, either to recruitting.com or its users or its content providers or licensors and protected under copyright or trademark laws or other intellectual property laws. Classifications and content compilations on the site are considered exclusive property and copyright of recruitting.com and are protected under copyright, trademark, or patent laws or other intellectual property rights.
— Privacy: recruitting.com takes reasonable measures (material, organizational, technological) to protect against unauthorized access to your personal information and to securely store that personal information. However, the Internet is not a secure medium, and the privacy of your personal information can never be guaranteed. recruitting.com also has no control or ability to control the practices of any third parties (e.g., links to websites that open access to this site or third parties providing misleading images of you or others). The privacy policy of this site governs our collection, processing, use, and any transfer of your personal information.
— Transfer of Rights and Obligations: Under this agreement, you grant recruitting.com the right and agree finally that recruitting.com may transfer all or any part of its rights, benefits, obligations, or responsibilities under this User Agreement to any of its subsidiaries without the need for any other agreement with you. Also, you agree that recruitting.com may, at any time, without prior written consent from recruitting.com, transfer all or any part of your rights, benefits, obligations, or responsibilities under this User Agreement without prior written consent from recruitting.com.
— Use of the Site: During the use of the site, you will not do the following: • Manipulate or deceive our fee structure or billing process or the fees due to recruitting.com. • Take any action that may undermine the feedback system of the site and evaluation systems (including, but not limited to, displaying, importing, or exporting feedback information outside the site or using this information for purposes unrelated to recruitting.com). • Spread viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancellous, Easter eggs, or other computer programming techniques that may harm the site or the interests of site users or their properties. • Create obstacles for us or cause the complete or partial loss of our services, our internet service providers, or other suppliers. • Take any action that imposes or may impose (in our sole discretion) an unreasonably large or disproportionate load on our infrastructure. • Interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper operation of the site. • Copy, modify, or distribute any content from the site or violate copyright and/or trademark materials of the site in any form.
— You Covenant and Represent: • You must comply with all local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of the site. • Do not disclose your contact details, including but not limited to phone numbers, addresses, email address schedules, anywhere on the site, including the feedback area, notes, or the discussion forum, or through any site email feature aimed at bypassing the use of recruitting.com. • Do not use the contact information provided to you during a transaction on the site. • Do not collect or obtain information about users, including but not limited to email addresses and other contact information. • Do not disclose or use any personal information about users in a way that may constitute (in our sole discretion) a violation of privacy and/or applicable laws.
— General: If any provision of these User Agreement terms is deemed invalid, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these User Agreement terms. This User Agreement (as amended from time to time in accordance with these User Agreement terms) constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between you and recruitting.com regarding the subject matter herein. No person who is not a party to this User Agreement shall have any right to enforce any term of this User Agreement. If this User Agreement is translated into any language other than English, whether on the site or otherwise, the English text shall prevail and be the governing and enforceable text.
— Governing Law: This User Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and shall be interpreted and enforced accordingly. This clause shall remain in effect after any termination or cancellation of this User Agreement for any reason.
